When we survey our clients, and ask them why they choose to work with us over other Search Firms, these are the most common answers:

Panel Interview

1)      Our Founding  Partners, Lisa and Howard Chubinsky have been in business for over 15 years. We’re a well-established, boutique Search & Staffing firm. We’re not inexperienced recruiters that will leave the search business after about a year. Once you form a relationship with us, we’ll be here for you well into the future.

2)      Our goal is to send three good choices on every search. None of our candidates are from Job Boards. We understand the Job Descriptions within Lean, Engineering, Change Management, Management Consulting Engagements, Supply Chain, and Quality, and the candidates that we send within our niche accurately meet the Job Requirements. If the Candidate that we send does not meet all of the job requirements, then at a minimum that candidate will meet 5 out of 6 of the primary job requirements.

3)      We will not send you jumpy candidates. Most of the candidates that we submit on a search have been with their current employer for at least three years, have been promoted at their current company, and have a good educational background. In our interview process we drill down to uncover the candidate’s true motivation to leave. If it’s simply money, then we pass. We do everything we can to avoid a counter offer.

4)      Quite often our clients approach us to recruit on “Confidential Searches.” This is because we have the experience to handle sensitive matters delicately, and in a way that will not disrupt the smooth functioning of your organization. We pride ourselves on our level of professionalism and discretion.

Our Favorite Question

What is the “Compelling Story” that will motivate someone from a competitor, who is not looking, to want to work at your company? What makes you better than your competitor? What’s the incentive to move? I’m going to be speaking to the Top Performers of your competitors and telling your story. What is your story? What makes your company a great place to work? What makes this a great position?

This is a question that we like to ask new clients, and when HR or the Hiring Manager provides us with a great answer,
top candidates become very receptive to a new career opportunity.
